Mental Health & Wellbeing Support

  • Services to support you or your family’s mental health and wellbeing.

Getting Help with Your Mental Health

If you are struggling with your mental health, your GP (doctor) is usually the best place to start. They can discuss your concerns, provide advice, and refer you to specialist services if needed.

How to Access Mental Health Support

  • Step 1: Make an appointment with your GP.

  • Step 2: Talk openly about how you are feeling and any mental health concerns you may have.

  • Step 3: Follow any advice, referrals or appointments recommended by your GP.

Emergency or Urgent Support

If you feel at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or you need urgent help:

Call: 999 or 112 immediately

Samaritans: 116 123 (free, 24 hours a day)
