Bentley Villas is a completed social housing scheme delivering 39 new homes in Dún Laoghaire. Delivered by Oaklee in partnership with Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council and developed by KavCo, the scheme provides high‑quality, sustainable homes in a well‑connected town‑centre location.

The Challenge

The challenge was to deliver new social housing within a constrained town centre site, addressing identified housing need while ensuring high build quality, strong energy performance and proximity to services, transport and amenities.

The Solution

Bentley Villas was delivered through collaboration between Oaklee, KavCo and project partners, and includes:

  • A compact urban apartment scheme, located in Dún Laoghaire town centre

  • A mix of one‑, two‑ and three‑bed homes, supporting a range of household needs

  • High‑quality, sustainable construction, suitable for long‑term occupation

  • A well‑connected location, close to public transport, services and amenities

The Impact

Bentley Villas has delivered 39 new social homes in a central, accessible location, with residents already moving into the completed development. The scheme contributes to meeting local housing need while supporting town‑centre living and sustainable communities in Dún Laoghaire.
